I taught my first sock knitting class today at Gabriella's. Here are my students, Jo and Rita with their finished mini-socks. They look so happy :0) and me too. We had fun learning and chatting. I really like this teaching gig, and I'm desperately happy to have a LYS to hang out in now. And as we're on the subject of socks, here's my latest cast-on. Leyburns for the Socks-that-Rawk group KAL on Ravelry. My colour is Fled Flintstone. Yabba-dabba-doooooooo.........

How fabulous!! They look like they had a great time (and they even have mini-socks to show for it!!). I can believe that you have a knack for teaching!!
Enjoy your evening!! And I just love that Fred Flintstone!
Congrats on your first class! It's great that you're spreading the sock obsession. :)
First class AND it's a sock class! I bow down to your infinite patience!! Looks like they're hooked on the sock love!
Congrats on your class!! How awesome to have a close LYS! :)
I was one of Discoknits students . I even have a little red sock to prove it. We did have fun and I loved it. My first experience with the Magic Loop!
Yes, teacher, I have cast on and have about an inch of ribbing for my striped socks.
And I too love Gabriella's!
Thanks
