It didn't stop, so I had to do it. Run in the snow. Running with my back to the snow (and wind) was peaceful and beautiful. Running into it was brutal. Slipping, which I did several times, was scary. But I did it nonetheless. Can I call myself a Road Warrior yet?

Teddy asked me yesterday if I could make some oatmeal raisin cookies sometime soon. Last night I looked up this recipe, I remembered pinning on Pinterest. The recipe calls for just 2 ingredients: bananas and oats. This morning I made a half batch, adding a handful of raisins per Teddy's request, and have to say, they were wonderful. . Read the comments on the recipe blogpost to see what others have been adding - coconut, carrots, chocolate chips, all sorts! Next time, I'll definitely be adding in some cinnamon and nutmeg.
Enjoy
