Day 6 and Crocheting hexes together

A nice slow run today.  My left ankle was twingy.  Or should that be twingey?  No matter.  I had planned a run/walk, but didn't feel the need to stop running at any point.  Maybe I'm acquiring 'stamina'.  Who knew I had that in me?  It was a bit warmer today.  Although, I have to say, to me, 36 doesn't feel that different to 26.  It's all cold, baby!

For those of you making BeeKeeper's Quilts, Doviejay just posted an awesome video tutorial for her crochet method of attaching the hexagons to each other.  I am sorely tempted to take apart my grellow quilt and use this method.  It looks so sturdy and pretty, almost tile-like.  Maybe I'll put together one 'flower' and see how it looks.
