As part of Comic Relief, Red Nose Day launched in 1988. The idea is pretty simple - everyone has a laugh whilst raising money to help change countless lives across the UK and Africa. They even do it on TV, with the BBC giving celebrities and comedians an entire evening to entertain the nation whilst urging them to donate generously. Every two years, thousands of people do something funny for money. They do it at home, at work, in schools and, well, just about everywhere.
Sometimes I really miss the UK :0(

Total cuteness awaits you, I promise :0)
And on Day 4 of my 5k a day challenge, I was so excited to get my average mile time below 11 minutes. I have a time goal of 9 minutes a mile for my big summer race, but am worried about achieving it. Must. try. harder.
